Our yoga classes are fun and enjoyable, with focus on flexibility, balance, strength and relaxation. Suitable for all ages and levels, our yoga classes are great for people who are:

  • chronically stiff, especially through their hips and back
  • people lacking functional strength, such as the strength needed for the bending and twisting movements we perform every day

Our yoga classes are different because they are run by our exercise physiologists who have extensive knowledge on the body and can individualise the movements depending on your injuries or limitations.

We have small clas numbers so we can focus on you and your problems and make session individual. It’s almost like having your own  elite coach at a fraction of the cost.
